Israel is the largest cumulative recipient of US foreign assistance since World War II, the United States providing Israel $121 billion as of April 2014, according to a report prepared for the US Congress by the Congressional Research Service, the majority in military assistance.

The Pentagon released documents in February 2015 confirming Israel as a nuclear power, believed to be the the only country in the Middle East holding nuclear weapons.

YET …

The United States said Wednesday it plans to sell thousands of bombs and munitions to Israel in a $1.9 bn deal, officials said Wednesday.

(Sell actually means GIVE when dealing with Israel)
